Light Ankle Band: The light ankle band provides just the right amount of resistance to challenge the lower body. You can move through fuller ranges of motion, leaving your lower body feeling strong but energized.
Gliders: The gliders are one of our favorite pieces during our workouts to challenge Jen’s entire body, specifically her core. They are light, compact, and always pack a punch, especially in plank work.
P.band: When it comes to strengthening the upper body, the p.band is unmatched. Its gloves allow your body to move through functional movement patterns comfortably without any grip discomfort. This piece never gets easier, and we frequent it a lot together.

Fun fact: The P.band and P.3 Trainer are two of Jennifer’s favorite pieces of equipment. She especially loves to incorporate pieces that work the core and arms.
